About KIDiddles — The Best in Children's Music!

KIDiddles was developed by Terry Kluytmans back in 1997. Hey, that's last century. Terry is a single mom who lives with her daughter, Tiana, on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada.

The idea for KIDiddles came about after Tiana joined Terry's family through adoption in May 1994. She wanted to sing to her daughter —- just as her father had done with her — but was having a difficult time remembering the complete lyrics to any given song. She went online to see what she could find, and came up empty-handed.

She started her own collection of songs through visits to garage sales and second-hand book stores, and decided to share what she found. And so, KIDiddles was born.

Upon her father's death in January 1997, the site was dedicated to his memory. An avid whistler and kind soul who believed in the good of all, Peter Frewin was a strong influence in Terry's life. KIDiddles will always be a memorium to Peter.

Tiana has been the bright spot in each and every day since her arrival in Terry's home and heart. Time marches on and Tiana has outgrown the songs on KIDiddles and now listens to a different kind of music. Terry has also moved on in interests and motivation. She has become an accomplished graphic designer. So in 2009, Terry passed on the development of KIDiddles to Francis Morgan.

Francis has a record of initiating and developing successful educational websites; including Reading A-Z, RAZ-Kids, Learning Page, and Sites for Teachers.

We'd be remiss if we didn't mention our visitors who go out of their way to help with lyrics searches and other information. Our thanks to all of you.

And, finally, to the singers and songwriters of yesterday, today and tomorrow who make their wonderful music available to the public, and without whom there would be no KIDiddles, we thank you.

Keep on Singing!
